Today, we’ll talk about why you should utilize a buyer’s agent. Because I’ve been strictly a seller’s agent for the past six or seven years, many people come to me looking for a good bargain. It’s amazing how many buyers think they’ll immediately score a deal with a client solely because I am the listing agent. This is not true.
I definitely have a responsibility for sellers and have their best interests at heart. Unfortunately, I am not in the buyer’s interest.
