A lot of sellers out there believe that this time of year isn’t a good time to list their homes, but that notion is false. Now is a great time to put your home on the market. Why?

First of all, there are a lot of buyers out there that are dead serious about buying a home—far more than any tire-kickers or looky-loos that would only waste your time. Secondly, inventory is very low in our area, but that will change once spring arrives.
